From the moment you pass the old wooden gates and stroll down the lavishly covered path, you enter a world of elegance and peace. Enjoy a view of rustic houses, including the Historic Stone House and charming Richmond Cottage, along with a beautifully polished lawn lined with royal palms looking over the quiet waters of Biscayne Bay. With the flexibility to bring in your team of caterers, florists, and decorations, you can create the exact ambiance you desire. This 450-acre Estate preserves the 1920's era charm of a Miami estate and is a cultural asset to the state of Florida.
Deering Estate offers an event space that can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. Their Grand Lawn is perfect for outdoor cocktail receptions and wedding ceremonies with its views of the sparkling ocean. Their Spanish-Mediterranean style Stone House provides an intimate ceremony venue in the elegant ballroom, with a black-and-white checkered floor and crystal chandeliers. Guests are allowed to stroll through the first and second floors of the Stone House so that they could also see a unique Museum Experience.
