ETHEREAL WEDDING AT THE VIZCAYA MUSEUM AND GARDEN
Romantic Blue Charger + Classic Gold Flatware
Melissa and Ryan’s Vizcaya Museum and Garden wedding was an elegant, European-inspired dream come to life right in the heart of Miami! The couple and their brilliant planner Soco Alicea used every inch of the ethereal Italian Renaissance style gardens - from the coral terrace with a view of Biscayne Bay to the ceremony site complete with stone pathways, floral gardens and historic structures - these dreamy nuptials will no doubt provide inspiration for many! However, our personal favorite (unsurprisingly) is the reception tent, complete with hanging greenery and a plethora of roses, all designed by Avant Gardens.

Nothing dresses up a reception like (what appears to be) a hanging garden. This thick and winding greenery installation feels wild and whimsical and is a perfect way to bring the outdoors inside.

This table setting was designed perfectly. We love the blend of blue, neutrals and soft pinks. Avant Gardens doubled up on organic romance with plentiful greenery and a dreamy French Blue linen. Did we ever tell you French Blue is our favorite color to design with? Subtle color that is both timeless and eye-invoking. The tall glass candle votives add height to the tables with lower centerpieces.

Lara Rios, one of our favorite Miami wedding photographers, expertly captured the details. We love photographers who enjoy shooting tabletop details! Our romantic blue charger plates harmoniously blend with the Italian Renaissance style of the Miami wedding venue, Vizcaya Museum + Gardens. The intricate and delicate design of the rim is reminiscent of Italian lace, and the blue water goblet adds depth to the tone-on-tone dinnerware color palette.
